Review and alignment of linting rules and documentation

Problem description
After changes in design guidelines needs to be reviewed and possibly updated.

There are also small issue indicated in:

• Release 2.2 #388 (comment)
• Release 2.2 #388 (comment)

Expected behavior
Review and update of linting rules to the Commonalities 0.5.
Update documentation files to reflect the changes.

The u- to-date linting configuration should be ready to be applied to CAMARA APIs before public release of Spring25 (milestone M4).
