What about adding the link to the wiki here and not the archive? Then the wiki can also include a pointer back to the archive.

What type of PR is this?
What this PR does / why we need it:
We are moving with our meetings to the LFX Zoom platform and with the meeting minutes to wiki.camaraproject.org.
The PR updates the respective links within the README.md and within the meeting minutes directory. In addition it moves the 2023 meeting minutes into a folder (to get the new README.md with the link to the wiki onto the first page)
