Description

Implement video codec tests for carmel project, this PR included gst_transform_rotate_and_flip scenario.
The tests will get video input from a filesrc and re-encode with target action rotate or flip. Then check the result video clip metadata and psnr value.

Test actions:

  • rotate_90
  • rotate_180
  • rotate_270
  • vertical_flip
  • horizontal_flip
