Description
Note: This PR is based on #49, wait for that to land first or only review the last commit in this PR.
This PR introduces a how-to on migrating models from a Juju controller that is not configured to work with JIMM.
It also cleans up the "add-controller to JIMM" how-to thanks to a realisation that JIMM in MicroK8s can access a LXD container IP address provided that the MicroK8s host-access addon is enabled, this greatly simplifies the addition of a LXD controller to JIMM.
