This proposed change makes the homepage more welcoming to new potential users and efficiently directs them towards the information they need to know in order to become actual real users of the blockchain.

The "start building" button remains unchanged as it is already efficient at directing potential coders towards information about creating on cardano.

Those two buttons act as a gateway for people who already know what they want and don't want to scroll down to read : they either want to get and use ADA or they want to Code.

Other users who are unsure of what they want will scroll down.

The second change is to the where to get Ada page : the receive Ada section was moved to the top and a sentence added. This was done for the simple reason that without a wallet, users will not be able to store the ada that they purchase. Information about wallets is a prerequisite to any ada purchasing or receiving so it was placed at the top.

Replaces discover Cardano button with where to get ADA?
Moved and edited receive ADA section. At top of page because one needs to set up a wallet before buying or receiving ada.
