CARLA Scenario Runner 0.9.2

Highlights

This is the first release of Scenario_Runner, a traffic scenario engine that serves to execute complex traffic situations using CARLA. This release is fully compatible with CARLA 0.9.2. The list of new features includes:

• Added Traffic Scenarios engine to reproduce complex traffic situations for training and evaluating driving agents

• Added atomic NHTSA Traffic Scenarios

• Added atomic behaviors using py_trees behavior trees library
