ingredients:
- 200 gram risotto
- ½ eetlepel paprikapoeder
- 400 gram gegrilde groente (courgette, paprika & ui) uit de diepvries
- 1 blik gezeefde tomaten
- 1 eetlepel italiaanse kruiden
- 500 milliliter groentebouillon
- 50 gram groene olijven
- 200 gram feta
- 1 theelepel peterselie
- 1 citroen

directions:
- Bak de risotto 2 minuten in een hapjespan met wat olie
- Meng het bouillonblokje met het water
- Meng de paprikapoeder, italiaanse kruiden, groenten, de bouillon en de gezeefde tomaten met de risotto
- Breng dit zonder deksel op de pan aan de kook en laat dit 25 minuten staan
- Snij de feta in plakken
- Bak dit in 1,5 minuten per kant
- Laat de olijven uitlekken
- Snij de citroen in partjes
- Meng de risotto met de olijven, feta en de peterselie
- Breng op smaak met peper en zout
- Serveer met de plakjes citroen
