Adds Whiskers, Catppuccin's in-house templating tool, to build the themes. Edit the
rofi.terafile and then runjust build(orwhiskers rofi.tera) to build the output themes for thebasicconfig. You will need Whiskers (linked above) and optionally Just installed.
