Leaflet nightmare

Node module to generate maps server-side and produce images. Useful for generating static maps from multiple sources on the server.

There are lots of things to do:

• Remove everything that's hard-coded and shouldn't be.
• Restructure (it's one big mess at the moment).
• Tests.
• Ability for non-auto-generated layers.
