Show/hide options for icon and song text

Add the options to show/hide the icon and the song text in the toolbar.

This is especially really good for vertical panels where text doesn't look very good. I would love the option to have only media cover and playback controls showing.

The best workaround I've found is to set the text display to 1px wide. You can still see 1px of text which isn't ideal but it's close to what I'm after. 0px unfortunately doesn't work because it defaults to something like 200px when you set it to 0.
