It is useful to watch user sessions and be able to derive meaningful insights to decide what features to build.

This task involves researching free and open-source alternatives on the market where we can achieve this goal. Ideally, we don't want to send user's data to a third-party software. We might need to ask people and look into what the data compliance policy is like at CCM/SickKids for this.
