I attempted to use ttfdump on a .ttc and it didn't work.
So I looked up the spec and implemented it.
To make the output look neat I decided to indent everything,
so the indentation cleanup is done in a separate commit,
consistently using tabs.
Oh, and let's see if github will allow you to do something
intelligent with this pull request like doing a fast forward
merge without a silly merge commit. :)
