Increased the polling frequency, no other changes, Feel free to revert to v0.2 if performance issues become a problem.

v0.2 BETA

Feature: Added support for launchpad dialog, Kerbals will now be sorted in SPH, VAB, Runway, and Launchpad.
Bugfix: The list won't revert back to un-sorted when removing a kerbal from the vehicle. Note there might be a brief delay before the sort takes effect.
Bugfix: Tourists will now be sorted to the end of the list instead of mixed in alphabetically.

First pass at getting the sorting functionality working.

Currently only works in the VAB (and probably also the SPH)

Notably does NOT yet work when clicking on the launchpad.
