What changes are you trying to make? (e.g. Adding or removing code, refactoring existing code, adding reports)

Adding a README.md to a new repository created for the assignment and making edits on the "assignment" branch

What did you learn from the changes you have made?

It is important to continuously save iterations of your work by committing and pushing to Github as you work through a project so you have a copy of completed work in case something goes awry.

Was there another approach you were thinking about making? If so, what approach(es) were you thinking of?

I did not think of another approach as the ask for this assignment was relatively straightforward.

Were there any challenges? If so, what issue(s) did you face? How did you overcome it?

The challenges were finding reputable resources to rely on when answering the questions posed for this assignment. I overcame this challenge by fact checking all information I came across using a reverse search to determine whether the information is accurate.

How were these changes tested?
