What

  • Allows the config file to set the input folder to read from in SimPathsMultiRun

Why

  • This should allow changing of input folders depending on specified config file
  • Different scenarios could run without manually modifying the directory contents

Testing this to see if it works

Update on closing

On reflection, I think this needs split into two parts:

  • Allow editing parameter arguments in SimPathsMultiRun via config files
    • (similar to amending model arguments etc.)
  • Setting input folder as a modifiable argument
