Fixes #545

  • Add badge history and redeem history pages
  • Add spotlight page
  • Add Table, PaginatedSearch and AttendeeMention components

Smaller fixes:

  • Padronized the use of USER.ROLES in dictionaries
  • Use env variable for qr code reading instead of hardcoded values
  • Added interpolated tailwind classes to the safelist in tailwind.config.js
