needed /opt/freeware/bin in $PATH first for wget and newer 5.34, yum installed `perl.

needed to yum install cpio so it was in /opt/freeware/bin, after that, works great! :) Build Status

Added needed /opt/freeware/bin to $PATH for AIX 7.1

For newer perl, wget and cpio installed via yum.
