This project is built by gradle so you have to install gradle in your computer. Double click the build.gradle file in the root directory and you can open the project. Android Studio is requisite.
If you encount failed to find build tool 21.1.2, that means you have to install the very build tool. If you don't know how to fix it, you can see the following link. http://stackoverflow.com/questions/27272605/failed-to-find-build-tools-revision-21-1-1-sdk-up-to-date
