This commit updates the fields of the stackoverflow schema and
updates the schema to the latest format by adding aggregatable
and description columns to the fields.

How did you generate the fields of this file? I see there are fields that were in the older version of this file but they aren't there anymore.

I cloned grimoirelab repository, used docker-compose and changed the default-grimoirelab-settings/setup.cfg. Used the discover of kibiter to see the fields of the documents.

This commit updates the fields of the stackoverflow schema and
updates the schema to the latest format by adding aggregatable
and description columns to the fields.

Hey, @sduenas I did micro.py --raw --enrich --backends stackexchange and checked with kibiter index-patterns. I actually forgot to commit some changes like author_gender and author_gender_acc. I also arranged them alphabetically.
