Description of Changes

This PR updates the screenshot in the README file.

Benefits

Ensures that users and contributors get accurate information.

Closes #604

I suggest to not close automatically #604 -- I think it better to have many smaller PRs and only close the issue when the handbook is fully updated.

The image does not load for me when I look at the README.

How about uploading the image to the repository?

I think I did upload the images via VSCODE @GeorgLink. Plus we can always reopen the issue after the PR gets merged.
