Text-Raffle

Originally made for my college department in Lyceum of the Philippines University Batangas (College of Computer Studies). This was an idea of one of my professors - Janice Velasquez.

This simple application loads a text file of raffle entries line by line, and randomizes the entries with the help of timers.
