Updates a URL to point to the new images repository in the right side flyout.
Bootstrap released a new version 5.2. Until we are ready to upgrade and test, Bootstrap will be pinned at version 5.1.3 to prevent the yarn.lock file from upgrading it automatically.
This updates the Coffee Talk event to the next date/time.
The maintenance has been completed and the alert banner has been removed.
