If git config option 'http.proxy' is set, the hook shall use it with curl in posting a message to slack.

Git repos may be located on a server with no direct outbound connection to slack webhooks server (e.g. due to corporate policy). Connections may be allowed via a proxy; this commit makes the git-slack-hook to use the value of
http.proxywith curl when posting a message to slack.
