Abydos NLP/IR roadmap:

• 0.1 -- initial release (lots of stuff, but nothing complete)
• 0.2 -- abydos.phonetic complete
• 0.3 -- abydos.distance complete
• 0.4 -- abydos.corpus, abydos.ngrams complete (plus any additional LM/smoothing modules)
• 0.5 -- alignment module complete
• 1.0 -- code complete for dissertation
• 2.0 -- assorted post-dissertation stuff in the issue database completed
