ACCESS Identity Management documentation is now hosted at https://operations.access-ci.org/identity. This site hosts redirects for canonical https://identity.access-ci.org/ URLs.

Edit index.md to update the home page. Edit _includes/header.html to modify the banner (e.g., for outage announcements).

Edit the header_pages list in _config.yml to add a page to the menu. (Menu replaced by ACCESS Universal NAV.)
