To work this plugin you need to install two plugins: SAGA and QuickOSM.To work install these files in the working QGis directory:
Windows: %APPDATA%\QGIS\QGIS3\profiles\default\python\plugins\
Linux: ~/.local/share/QGIS/QGIS3/profiles/default/python/plugins/
