i set a m2m fields on service page to topic, and then on topic page to service
then I used the 'after_edit_page' hook, so after a page is updated
if its a service page, find the related topic page(s) and add the service page to the their list of related_pages
if its a topic page, find the related service page(s) and add the topic page to their list of related_topics
