Middlesex Moodle Plugins Version 3.4

This release represents approximately 110 hours of work by the entire team over the 2021 and 2022 school years and through the summer of 2022. We've closed almost 100 issues (some bugs and many enhancements) including a complete rework of the repository's documentation to bring it in line with open-source standards. We’ve built the Healthpass and Heathtest systems that took us through a pandemic. We built the Deans’ Permission Form. We've rebuilt two of our most prominent dashboard blocks and consolidated our single-link blocks to improve functionality for students and teachers and streamline our interface.

Although there is still much to do looking forward, we can all be proud of where we've taken this project over the last couple of years. mxMoodle is used by every member of our community every week and, for many, every day. This project has been an example for others to learn from and be inspired by and thanks to our efforts to meet global open-source standards, this repository has become an example that other projects, not just Moodle Programming ones, follow, learn from, and are inspired by. When I share this work with educators and professionals from around the world; when they see what we have accomplished here, jaws quite literally drop.

Permissions Fix bringing the eSignout code up-to-date with new Magnus permissions.
Re-added the column for Study Hours to the Deans' Permission Form for easy access. A form flagged as missing study hours will generate an approval notification to the Head of House.

  This release also sees an update to our documentation paving the way for Moodle version 4 next year. Stewardship of this code transitions from a single student maintaining everything to the Moodle Development Team, a student-led initiative.
