So a very simple Uri faking that I mocked up just for some initial comments. One personal thought is I should likely randomly generate how many path segments because
/may not occur randomly enough - but it may be fine. Also no support of#for generating random content bookmarks etc. Generally, kept this simple enough for my usecase without going too much into the minutiae of URIs
