Since Agents deployed into the cluster with the charts are directly managed by k8s, I think it's better to go to internal service url.
With these urls there are no ingresses configuration involved and the communications are private between the nodes without the need of any extra layer resulting in easier setup.
Moreover communications between nodes are encrypted by default.
As final result the engineer deploying the cluster will not need to set any specific url since these one works by design.
