Code for analyzing binary data with up to 128 binary variables. This program performs a search for the independent spin model that has the largest maximum likelihood (and in this case, also the largest evidence). The found model can be used as an optimal basis for searching for the best Minimally Complex Model for binary data (see https://github.com/clelidm/MinCompSpin_Greedy).
