Added --redirect-err-to-out option to handle the use case where juxr is being fed a unified stream that includes stderr and stdout and there is some inconsistent bufferent in the unification, e.g. on Kubernetes. With this option juxr will only write to stdout and thus stderr should not interfere with the stream
