1 - Updated XS and BR to values available in LHC H XSWG YR3 (arXiv:13…

…07.1347)

2 - Files BR and BR1 brought up to speed with BR2bosons and BR2fermions.
3 - Still missing BR2 and BR3 files for 4fermion branching fractions.
NB: All files formats should be back-compatible.

Notable changes in contents:
- All ranges of mH extended up and down, and refined to a grid of 0.1 GeV around 125.5 GeV.
- ZH cross-sections up by 5 to 6%.
- WH cross-sections up by ~1%.
- WH and ZH uncertainties slightly reduced (larger scale variation, smaller PDF+alpha_s).
- ggH cross sections down by 1.3 to 1.5%.
- ttH cross sections at 8 TeV down by ~1% and PDF uncertainty increased by the same amount.
- BR(ssbar) down by factor of almost 2.
- BR(ssbar) uncertainties added.
- Replaced "total uncertainties" (which were the linear addition) with dummy values.
