adds a nerfed version of arnolds M2100 machete to loadout, adds onmob sprites for it and scabbard

A good use of a sprite we'd never otherwise see. I do think the scabbard sprite could use some touching up but that can be done later since this looks fine as is

Very good!
On that note, I have a minor suggestion:

Wearing the Machete Scabbard (both the M2100- and M2132- variants) on the suit's belt slot shows an on-mob sprite, but wearing it on the jumpsuit's belt slot doesn't. That's always irked me for some reason.

Would it be possible to make it so that the same on-mob sprite would be displayed, no matter which belt slot the Machete Scabbard's placed on? I don't think there'd be any belt combination that'd cause an overlap, save for (potentially) the utility pouch and (obviously) another Machete Scabbard. Given how pretty much no one here takes two Machete Scabbards at the same time, though, I think we'd be fine.
