All APC variants can now fit the whole platoon.
About the pull request
Increased the passenger capacity of the medical and command APC variants to 15, the same as the transport variant. This allows the entire platoon to fit within any APC.
Explain why it's good for the game
Less setup means less friction from GMs who want to use the APCs.
