About the pull request
Adds a quick "Command Announcement" button in the Game Masters tab for GMs to use when they need to quickly send out an announcement to Marines. Has a customizable title.
Why It's Good For The Game
Little QOL feature that saves GMs about ~30 seconds of time manually configuring something like the Faction Announcement to send some message tidbits.
