About the pull request
Ports the snow uniforms from PvP, as well as modifies the M70 flak vest and Officer armor to also include the new fur lining, should they ever get spawned by a GM.
Explain why it's good for the game
The old snow uniforms, despite the nostalgia they carry, are kinda doodoo fart bad. These ones are a lot better.
