About the pull request
adds a surgical room to the golden arrow, including a blood dispenser, a full limb printer, and some IVs
Recreation room now has a few extra items in it from Merrgear
Explain why it's good for the game
Surgeons can now actually preform surgery instead of just stuffing marines into the autodoc. dorms now has extra things in it for marines to play with post-round or when waiting for briefing.
