sprite changes for marine snow uniforms and armors (#5171)

# About the pull request

i've never really been a fan of the silly looking snow jumpsuits marines
currently have. i don't know if i'm alone in that opinion but i made
these sprites anyway lole... this PR replaces the current winter
jumpsuits and their weird flaps with puffy jackets and pants.

it also makes some minor visual changes to snow specific armors in the
form of collar fur to protect from the icy winds.

# Explain why it's good for the game

i think this kind of look better serves the idea of marine grunts
prepared for a frozen wasteland
