Natural Fiorina SciAnnex Tunnels (#4465)

# About the pull request

Adds 9 new tunnels to Fiorina Science Annex.

# Explain why it's good for the game

Similar to Trijent Dam, Fiorina Science Annex has no naturally spawning
tunnels.

This adds 9 new tunnels in/near common high-traffic areas and common to
semi-common hive locations while not encroaching on the landing zones or
the comms relays. This will make movement around Fiorina easier and will
reduce the burden of making a proper tunnel network while the map is
being played.

# Testing Photographs and Procedure

All tunnels are in their intended locations and have normal
functionality.
