Fixes Trading Card Descriptions (#5812)

# About the pull request

Because I'm an idiot I messed up the order of the green and red cards
(so they are inverted)

I also am deciding to invert the order of the blue cards (as it makes
more sense for the ICSC logo to be the rarest)

# Explain why it's good for the game

Would be good for the descriptors to be accurate
