USS Almayer, CL & CC Hypersleep bay, fixes symmetry issue in CIC hall…

…way (that I broke), adds some warning stripes around for detailing, re-gigs the PO bunk area to get rid of horrible 1x3 hallway (#4510)

Lets shotgun this out

Hypersleep: CL having his own pod was an oversight everyone should be
spawning in a hypersleep bay we shouldn't have any solo pod, the CC
didn't have a bay so he goes in the new bay that I made out of an old
maint tunnel

PO area, 1x3 hallways are really bad so I gutted it redid the room and
put the vendors north-facing indented into a wall because it looks
better had to remove a janitor area in the process but all the items in
there got moved to the nearby maint area

symmetry those hallways were meant to be symmetrical I messed up when
adding the command hypersleep bay, it's my bad so I'm fixing it

next to his office, the CC spawns with him too since his landmark was in
the latejoin bay on the lowerdeck
