Description of the bug

After thinking bio-scan was bugged spent some more time checking into them which is when Morrowolf and I realised that Bio-scans create no admin or Debug logs which was causing confusion on my behalf
Adding Debug or Admin logs whenever a Bio-scan appears may help with debugging / Admin logging

What's the difference with what should have happened?

How do we reproduce this bug?

1. Look for a bioscan and see no admin log
