This is a PR made in collaboration with Amory that seeks to make CiC personnel more distinct and redo a lot of outdated sprites. Specifically:
Caps
Req Cap
Officers Cap
White Service Uniform
Boots
Gloves
As for CiC personnel, several new formal uniforms have been added. Senior officers, such as the XO and CO now spawn in a white set of formals in order to make them distinguished from juniors and easier to spot by the average player. SOs spawn in a set of tan Class-Cs /always/ (approved by Trii) and have a new black cap meant to pull off Gorman's Class-Cs from the movie. As well, SOs now have a unique boiler suit meant to pull off Gorman's field uniform.
New brown gloves and boots have been added as well for loadout points. CTs actually spawn in with the correct req cap too - Small things.
Explain why it's good for the game
This makes us look exponentially closer to the movie, and thus encourages RP by immersing players more within the source material we occupy.
It updates some outdated sprites to make them fit modern CM sprites and makes each department more recognizable as well. Overall, making the game look better and easier to understand. With some added amounts of player customization.

qol: SOs now spawn in Class-Cs, XO/CO spawn in white formal uniforms. This is intended to make them easier to spot for the average player!
fix: CTs didn't spawn in with the req cap. As well, fixed an oversight wherein jungle boots didn't have a USCM-Origin lock. Less room to powergame.
imageadd: A tremendous number of new uniforms have been added. CiC wise: Boilersuit, officer caps and black peaked cap for ROs. White formals have been redone and given to XO/CO to make them stand out as the big boy roles.
imageadd: Brown boots/gloves have been added as loadout menu items, they're like normal boots but brown.
imageadd: Officers cap, caps, req cap, white service uniform, boots and gloves have been respritied.
refactor: Updated lots of old sprites to use modern spriting technique. Sprite work done by AmoryBlaine.
