About the pull request
It allows PMC Survivors to utilize the WY channel.
Explain why it's good for the game
Allowing PMC Survivors to communicate and thus RP better with WY assets and within themselves. Team-based survivors should stick together because lone wolves are not good for RP - I think we have seen a lot of evidence from Chance's Claim survivors who, upon withdrawing, break apart and cannot ever regroup due to communication impossibilities. From an outsider's perspective, the impact of seeing a 'team' of survivors vs a single survivor is a difference like night and day. With the former being much more immersive and reflective of the professionalism a team would have.
Also all that aside it was unintended for PMC Survivors to not have WY comms - consider this a bugfix haha
