Explain why it's good for the game
This change to me was rather silly, as to put it. I agree with some of the maintainers views that the game should feel unbalanced, but this is a very artificial way to do that. EZ injectors before this PR were already kinda mid, they barely healed you and you had to walk a half mile to go and refill them. This is just a nail in the coffin, so to speak.
Another thing to consider is the fact that for a xenomorph to heal from 1 HP to full, they have to sit on weeds for 10 seconds. For a marine to heal from 1 HP to full, they need a whole surgeon or a medic to use limited resources on them to get them back up on their feet.
As a sort of "compromise", a middle ground so to speak, this PR makes it so that you can get the EZ pens from the injector pouch, as well as the Wey-Med machines. This does not revert the part where you could refill them from the Nano-Med. This means you still need to make an active effort to move Wey-Med machines around the map so that pens could be refilled, instead of just having a free loader on the alamo, as well as placed around the station.
