About the pull request

M2C health reduced to 200
M2C will no longer provide 1 extra tile of vision while using it.

Explain why it's good for the game

M2C is a strong weapon you see in every round but when playing as a xeno i can tell you its not fun getting slapped by an offscreen weapon that can do 200+ damage full AP in 1 second. This PR aims to remove the ability of M2C to be used to kill offscreen xenos (you can still blind fire but at your own risk of hitting allies or just wasting ammo).

reduced max HP by 30 as an experiment . Currently it takes a lot of effort to break a single M2C you can literally die as a T3 winout being able to even do half of its HP.
And its even worse for T2 and T1 is borderline impossible to break unless is abandoned.

Could you explain why you are you nerfing its max health as well?

Also in practice... never seen m2c used as an offscreen dmg weapon. Removing its extra view range removes some of the uniqueness of the weapon...

You need to justify hp reduction as well. M2C is already pretty easy to break, so just why.

The issue is being able to near instantly deploy 2-3 tiles from a t3 and kill it before it can get away or do something about it, dunno why bother with range or health

Neither of these changes feel necessary or actually make the m2c a better gun to play around.
