About the pull request

Nuke takes 3 minutes to explode instead of 1.

Explain why it's good for the game

Gives a better chance for xenos, makes it more interesting for marines, makes "pausing" the nuke more punishing since it resets the timer.

It is. This why I called it a better chance. Besides, marines often just sit on nuke after the decryption, because they can easily activate it at any moment later, dragging the round longer for no real reason. This would make delaying the nuke more risky, because you can't be sure you will be able to hold for 3 minutes in case things go south.
