About the pull request

Removes CLF synth from the nightmare insert

Explain why it's good for the game

Synths are meant to be a roleplay role, that adds to the round rather than subtracts it.
There is a trend of synth players logging on just to try and roll for combat synth. There is also a reason why combat synths are reserved for ERTs.
They have natural armor, night vision, fast speed and can't get any fractures.
CLF synths also like permamently removing people from rounds, which I think is a net negative for the main parts of the game (Xenomorphs, Marines)
On ROUNDID: 20539 Me, as an IO and my IO team were looking for intel and roleplaying, talking whilst grabbing intel and clearing out the backline.
It ended with one bullet, off-screen sniper bullet from a CLF synth that heartbroke me and then dragged off to perma.
I've played CLF and UPP synth extensively, I know how overpowered it is and I think it should be removed completely from the normal gameplay loop..

The synthetic is still going to spawn, but they (I think) will spawn in the colony, all alone.

It may be a better idea to do what the UPP insert does and make the CLF synth survivor a non-combat synthetic.

CLF is not at a cold war with the UA. CLF get killed.
UPP don't.

At this time I don't think the synth needs to be removed from the insert. However, because of how rare it is its hard to have much data on it. If it's so over tuned that you can near guarantee the marines are going to lose the round because of this synth existing - then it needs to have more drawbacks of being a scrapped together CLF synthetic.

If there's ever a situation where xenos ally (and I mean more than simply the ally mechanic) with the CLF hosts that needs to be ahelped and dealt with admins. But if the queen doesn't want to bother with killing a malfunctioning synthetic that's fine.

So regardless I don't think this needs to be removed. If anything the synth maybe could have more drawbacks for being a scrapped together CLF synthetic if it actually is too powerful the marines or xenos struggle to deal with it.
