About the pull request

Adds a way to see how much you've healed as warden

Explain why it's good for the game

Just a fun addition that i felt might be nice being able to see how much you've healed. Might be added to the fun facts later down the line

(forgot to run dreamchecker before I pushed)

The mutation_type check was added by a review in cmss13-devs#5615, but removing it probably makes the most sense here since that's what I've done with the others.
